Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-serve from your dashboard via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations end at the period boundary; you keep Pro until then.
What happens to my testimonials if I downgrade?
They stay in your account. Free shows 1, Starter shows 5, Pro shows all of them. Cancel and the count drops to your new tier's display limit — testimonials are not deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes, from the customer portal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
What if I'm not happy after 14 days?
Cancel from the customer portal before the trial ends and you're not charged. The 60-day brand-inquiry guarantee covers you if you stay on Pro and don't see results.
